️DMD Diamond Blockchain’s Updates For November 2024 — DMD Diamond

Another month of active developments has come to an end. Here are the developments that happened on the blockchain in November 2024 👇

▶️ It’s our pleasure to let you know that the Beta version of DMDv4 will be made public in a few days. Days back, we started a closed alpha5, and after a successful quick check (still running), we have the codebase for an open beta launch. We also had an open beta snapshot balance of over 5000 addresses and are spinning up the beta network before making it available for public testing.

DMDv4 Open Beta is an environment that allows you to have a close-to-real network experience of the ecosystem’s industry features. With it, you can also provide us with informed feedback to build on prior to the DMDv4 main net release.

▶️ We enabled a GitHub activity tracker on our Discord — so that community members can see every action on our repositories.

▶️ We will be available to answer questions about the DMD Diamond blockchain at the “Crypto Review 2024 & Outlook 2025 & XMAS Party” in Vienna, Austria, on 4th December 2024 (18:00–23:30 CET).

▶️ Another critical additional use case coming with the DMDv4 launch is Configurable Node Operator Share. Here’s an opportunity for node owners without technical skills to operate a node to delegate node operatorship to another user and ultimately give him a share of the epoch reward.

▶️ A community member promised to update the DMD Diamond-info information resource to make the user’s work with the new v4 as easy as possible. He aims to leverage the experiences gained from successful test network operations. Our community-driven spirit is indeed our strength!

▶️ ️Here’s a reminder that we are a transparent, open-source ecosystem. We embrace a complete, open development with open issues and boards with priorities. Our whitepaper has also been moved to GitHub to exhibit open-source abilities.
